Currently serving as the Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at Quartz Health Solutions since January 2023, Jeffrey has previously held similar roles as Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at CommunityCare and Chief Financial Officer at Equality Health. Additional leadership positions include Chief Financial Officer for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona and Providence Health Plan, as well as Interim Chief Financial Officer for Health Share of Oregon. Jeffrey began their career at Arthur Andersen & Co. and progressively advanced through various finance roles, culminating as Chief Financial Officer of Renown Health and Director of Finance at John C. Lincoln Health Network. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arizona State University.
