Lisa H. has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Lisa currently works at Quartz Health Solutions as the Sr Director, Digital Transformation - Product, where they lead the digital CRM transformation journey and serves as the Salesforce product owner. Prior to this, Lisa worked at Zendesk for several years, taking on roles such as Senior Director/Director, Customer Insights and Innovation/VoC, Director, Strategic Initiatives: Voice of Customer, Director, Advocacy Operations, and Senior Manager, Advocacy & Analytics. At Zendesk, Lisa completely overhauled the VoC program, implemented the Momentive survey platform, and led the company's first BPO engagement in Costa Rica. Before Zendesk, Lisa worked at WPS Health Insurance as the Director - Project & Portfolio Management Office (PPMO), where they established the PPMO and built processes and procedures throughout the organization. Lisa also has experience at Hologic, Inc., Third Wave Technologies, Chicago Tribune, Tribune Company, and Crowe Chizek in various project management, operations, and audit roles.

Lisa H. holds a Master's Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting, both from Miami University. Lisa received their Master's Certificate in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2015. Lisa also obtained the certifications of Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in May 2014, Project Management Professional from PMI Madison South Central in June 2009, Six Sigma Yellow Belt from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2007, and Certified Public Accountant in February 1998.
