Sally Turk has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare insurance industry, currently serving as a Business Analyst II and Medical Claims Supervisor at Unity Health Insurance since January 1985. In this role, Sally manages a claims team, develops new policies and procedures, and oversees software specifications and testing plans for various applications. Sally has also increased EDI transaction volumes while reducing administrative costs and has significant experience in provider relations, ensuring the successful implementation of contract specifications. Prior to Unity Health Insurance, Sally was a Manager at Benefit Management Corporation, where responsibilities included assisting new clients with employee benefits and managing the drafting and revision of products and contracts. Educational qualifications include studies at Madison Area Technical College and the University of Wisconsin.
