André P. Brosseau is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Les Investissements du Musée inc. (formerly Avenue Capital Markets BNB Inc.), a wealth management company with private investments in Canada, the United States and Brazil that he founded in 2010.
He is Chief Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Compensation Committee of Groupe DMD Digital Health Connections Inc., a digital solutions company of which he is one of the five founders and which specializes in digital media for pharmaceutical companies. Mr. Brosseau is also advisor / owner of Quintess (formerly Grupo Cimcorp Brazil), an information technology company specializing in the outsourcing and management of telecommunications infrastructures.
Mr. Brosseau was President of Blackmont Capital Markets based in Toronto until June 2009, then Chairman of the Board for Quebec until May 2010. From 1994 to 2007, he held several executive positions within CIBC, mainly established in Toronto, the most recent as co-head of the Cash Equities and Global Cash Equities divisions of CIBC World Markets Inc., as well as a member of the Executive Committee.
Mr. Brosseau is also a director of Quebecor Média inc. (“QMI”) and Videotron ltée (“Videotron”). He is also a member of the audit and risk management committee of Quebecor inc. (“QI”), QMI and Videotron as well as Chairman of the Executive Committee of QMI and member of the Human Resources and Corporate Governance Committee of QI and QMI.
Mr. Brosseau holds a Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Political Science as well as a Master's degree in Political Science from the University of Montreal.
