The Right Honorable Brian Mulroney is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company and Senior Partner of Norton Rose Fulbright Canada, LLP.
He practiced law before becoming president of Iron Ore of Canada. He then made his political debut, as Leader of the Progressive Conservative Party, which he brought to power in September 1984. He was Prime Minister of Canada until 1993. He returned to the practice of law by joining forces with the Montreal-based international firm Norton Rose Fulbright Canada (formerly Ogilvy Renault). Until May 2019, he was a director, chairman of the compensation committee and member of the corporate governance committee of Wyndham Worlwide Corporation. The Right Honorable Brian Mulroney is Chairman of the International Advisory Board of Barrick Gold Corporation. He is also a director of Acreage Holdings, Inc., of The Blackstone Group LP and Chairman of the Board of Quebecor Media Inc. and Videotron ltée.
He was made a Companion of the Order of Canada as well as a Grand Officer of the National Order of Quebec.
