Marc M. Tremblay has been the Chief Operating Officer and Legal Affairs Officer of Quebecor since January 2019. Previously, he served as Senior Vice-President, Chief Legal and Public Affairs Officer and Corporate Secretary. He joined the company in 2007 as Vice President of Legal Affairs.

As part of his role as Chief Operating Officer, Marc M. Tremblay's mandate is to assist the President and Chief Executive Officer of Quebecor, Pierre Karl Péladeau, in the management of the company's operations. He also plays an active role in business development, in addition to leading the Legal, Human Resources, Real Estate and Environmental Affairs departments.

Before joining Quebecor, Marc M. Tremblay worked at the firm Ogilvy Renault (now Norton Rose Fulbright Canada), where he had the privilege of representing several of the largest Quebec companies in sectors of activity as well. varied as media, pulp and paper, food, financial services, retail, metallurgy and manufacturing. He became a partner of this firm in 1990 and, in 2006, director of the employment and labor law group.

Marc M. Tremblay is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Fondation du CHUM and Ambassador of Éducaloi.
