Joseph Mangiaracina has extensive experience in mobile device management and support within various organizations. Since October 2013, Joseph has served as the Mobile Device Manager at Queens Library, overseeing the administration of 2,850 cellular devices and 5,000 WiFi-only tablets across 70 Community Libraries using Blackberry Enterprise Server and AirWatch. Prior to this role, Joseph worked at SUNY Downstate Medical Center as a Mobile Device Administrator, managing a Verizon Wireless account with 700 active lines. Joseph's career began at Sprint as a Senior Technical Support Representative, where technical issues related to Blackberries and wireless modems were resolved. Additionally, Joseph has held the position of System Administrator/NMS SME Manager I at T-MOBILE USA, providing training and coordinating projects. Joseph holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from the State University of New York Empire State College and an A.S. in General Studies from Piedmont Virginia Community College.
