Khin Lay Nwe

Khin Lay Nwe is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in accounting, financial management, and project administration. Currently serving as Grants Accountant and Finance Operations Coordinator at Queens Library since January 2019, Khin has previously held significant roles such as Senior Manager of Finance and Administration at HEAF, Inc., and Budget Analyst for USAID's Office of Public Health, overseeing a substantial annual budget and improving financial tracking systems.
