Matthew Hodges is a talent identification expert in youth football, currently serving as a U15/16 scout for QPR FC since March 2023. Previous roles include U17-U19 talent identification scout in the Southwest of England, head football coach at Saints Southwest, and recruitment officer at Plymouth Argyle Football in the Community Trust. Matthew has extensive scouting experience with Doncaster Rovers FC and West Ham United FC, where responsibilities included writing match reports and evaluating player performance. Matthew began a career in football scouting after completing education at Easton College from 1999 to 2001.
