John Pena is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the quantum technology sector. Serving as Chief Executive Officer at Quantum Diamond Technologies Inc since January 2015, John has been instrumental in developing innovative all-magnetic digital protein and molecular detection capabilities that enhance biomedical research and in vitro diagnostics. In addition, John co-founded QuEra Computing Incorporated in January 2018, where efforts focus on leveraging neutral atom technology to advance scalable quantum computing solutions. John holds an M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Ph.D. in Immunology from the University of Chicago, and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Duke University.
