Todd Hardin is a seasoned FPGA engineer with extensive experience in the field of electrical engineering. Currently serving as the Lead FPGA Engineer at Quest Defense since June 2025, Todd is involved in the GE Vernova contract, focusing on computer and control systems design for 5th Generation Nuclear Power plants. Prior roles include Senior Electrical FPGA Engineer at CesiumAstro and Senior Staff FPGA Engineer at AMERGINT Technologies, where Todd contributed to projects involving Xilinx RFSoC/MPSoC, firmware, and hardware architectures. Todd has also worked as a Senior FPGA Design Engineer at NASA/Jacobs JETS and as a Senior Firmware Engineer at Medtronic, enhancing minimally invasive surgery technologies. Todd’s career began at SEAKR Engineering, where key contributions included FPGA design, testing, and technical leadership. Todd holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Computer Engineering from Colorado State University and pursued graduate studies in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Colorado Boulder.
