Ira Feder

Ira Feder has extensive experience in sales compensation and reward management across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Sales Compensation at Quest Diagnostics since September 2020, Feder oversees compensation strategies for a major player in the healthcare sector. Previously, Feder held the role of Director of Sales Compensation at McKesson, a leader in healthcare supply chain management, and managed sales compensation design consulting at Upliftr Messaging. Additional previous positions include Sr. Director of Global Sales Rewards at Tyco International, Corporate VP of Compensation at New York Life Insurance Company, AVP of Sales Compensation at MetLife, AVP of Compensation at GreenPoint Bank, and Compensation Analyst at Toys R Us. Ira Feder holds an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Baruch College.
