Kalu Ikpa

Kalu Ikpa, FACHE, MBA, MLS(ASCP) serves as the Senior Director of Laboratory Operations at Quest Diagnostics, overseeing Clinical and Hospital Lab Operations in the Pacific Northwest since January 2018. Previously, Kalu held the position of Director of Laboratory Operations in the same region, managing Clinical Laboratory Operations across Alaska, Washington, Idaho, and Oregon, and contributed to the Quest Inclusion and Diversity Council. Prior experience includes serving as Clinical Laboratory Manager at Valley Medical Center and as Clinical Laboratory Manager at LabCorp for the Swedish Medical Center, along with an early career as a Medical Technologist, performing complex tests to support clinical decisions. Kalu Ikpa holds a Master of Business Administration from Seattle University and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Abia State University.
