Yasin Jama has a diverse work experience in sales and leadership roles. Yasin is currently working at Questback as a Sales Director, where they lead the sales team. Prior to this, they were the Head of Sales at Questback, where they believed in the power of insights from customers and employees to improve organizations. Before joining Questback, Yasin worked as a Sales Executive at Decisions, where they helped organizations plan and run successful meetings using the Microsoft Office 365 platform. Yasin also served as the CEO of Tøyen Unlimited, an organization supporting local entrepreneurs in making a positive social impact. As the CEO, they managed partnerships, marketing, financials, and daily operations. Yasin's previous experience includes working as a Business Process Consultant at Canon Norge as, where they advised customers on streamlining their work processes and implementing digital solutions. Additionally, they worked as a Sales Manager at Management Events, responsible for marketing and selling sponsor packages for conferences. Early in their career, Yasin worked as a Sales Representative at Symantec Renewals, where they handled license sales and renewals for SMBs in Norway and Sweden.
Yasin Jama began their education journey in 2006, enrolling at the University of South-Eastern Norway. Yasin pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business and Administration, focusing on Project Management. Yasin'sstudies at the university concluded in 2009.
In 2010, Yasin pursued further education at the University of Bradford School of Management. During this period, they completed a Master's degree in International Business and Management. Yasin'sstudies at the school concluded in 2011.
In 2015, Yasin attended BI Norwegian Business School to enhance their board competence. Yasin obtained a certification in Board Competence, known as "Styrekompetanse."
In addition to their formal education, Yasin obtained a PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in October 2019.
