Ian Roberts has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles in the technology industry. Ian began their career at AOL as a Business Analyst, where they oversaw call center operations and managed customer demands. Ian then joined Intuit, where they served in roles such as Sr. Manager for Quicken & Mint.com Care, TurboTax - Sr. Partner Manager, and Sr. Operations Manager for TurboTax. During their time at Intuit, they implemented new technologies, managed vendor relationships, and achieved significant customer growth. Currently, Ian is the Director of Care Operations & Technology at Quicken Inc., where they lead a large team and is responsible for overseeing call center operations, managing the beta program, and implementing new telephony solutions.
Ian Roberts completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at the University of Arizona from 1997 to 2003. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Phoenix, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Global Management between 2003 and 2005. In addition to their academic qualifications, Ian Roberts also obtained the certification of IRS Enrolled Agent from the U.S. Department of the Treasury in March 2015.
