Edward Brehm, Ph.D., has over two decades of experience in regulatory affairs, holding significant managerial positions at various companies in the diagnostics and biotechnology industries. Most recently, Edward served as Senior Manager in Regulatory Affairs at Quidel from June 2015 to March 2024, previously progressing through numerous roles such as Regulatory Affairs Manager at Accriva Diagnostics and Alere San Diego, where expertise included oversight of the Alere Cholestech LDX product line. Earlier in Edward's career, roles included Regulatory Affairs Manager at Vical Incorporated and a managerial position at Gen Probe, following technical operations experience at Beckman Coulter. Edward holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Colorado State University and has also completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, complemented by advanced degrees in Inorganic Chemistry and a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry.
