Nigel Lobo has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Nigel started their career in 2008 as an Investment Banking Analyst at JP Morgan, where they focused on natural resources, specifically metals and mining. Nigel was involved in various financial transactions such as M&A, equity capital markets, leveraged finance, and high-grade debt capital markets. In 2013, Nigel ventured into entrepreneurship and founded Quikchex, an organization that provides easy and affordable solutions for paying and managing employees. Concurrently, they also worked as a Director at Personnel Search Services Group. Later in the same year, Nigel took up the role of Executive Director at Lobo Staffing Solutions (LSS), a prominent contract staffing company in India. Under their leadership, LSS expanded its operations across multiple locations in the country, becoming one of the top 10 companies in its industry.
Nigel Lobo completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from The Wharton School in 2008. Nigel then pursued an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Operations & Information Management from The Wharton School, graduating in 2013.
