Joel Henry

Joel Henry is an experienced Product and Engineering Manager with a strong background in software development and business analysis. Currently at Quilt Software since July 2022, Joel defines and executes product strategy while leading cross-functional teams. Prior experience includes a role at IT Retail from August 2016 to July 2022, managing product strategies for a grocery POS system, and serving as a Software Engineer, where Joel focused on performance optimizations and integration of key features. Earlier experience includes a Junior Business Analyst position at Arrowhead Credit Union, where Joel developed executive-level reporting. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems from the University of California, Riverside.
