Carlos Santana

Carlos Santana is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product design and management. Currently serving as a Senior Product Design Manager at QuintoAndar since June 2021, Carlos has previously held the position of Product Design Manager at Awari from December 2021 to January 2024, and as a Product & Service Design Lead at Natura & Co from July 2019 to June 2021. Earlier roles include Product Designer at Natura from January 2016 to June 2019 and an internship at Dieta Bistro in early 2014. Carlos possesses a strong background in user journey mapping, interface design, and prototyping, supported by a Bachelor's degree in Comunicação Social from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing and additional studies in Economia at Universidade de Coimbra.
