Marcia Ortolan

Marcia Ortolan is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as Head of People and HR Business Partner for Business, Operations, and Corporate Teams at QuintoAndar since October 2020. Prior to this role, Marcia held various HR positions at iti Itaú and Itaú Unibanco, including HR Business Partner and Senior Talent Management. Earlier experience includes the role of Human Resources Business Partner at Braskem and internships in talent recruitment and marketing. Marcia holds a Certificate in Business Administration from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa and a degree in Psychology from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
