Yehya Eid has extensive experience in IT and database administration, currently serving as a Database Administrator at Quipu GmbH since August 2017, where responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of MS SQL Servers as well as ensuring data integrity and security. Previous roles include Agile Engineer, managing Microsoft Azure and Delphix virtualization, and Service Desk Technician, providing support and resolution for service incidents. Prior experience also includes IT support at De'Longhi Group and technical support at TP-LINK Deutschland GmbH, focusing on customer assistance and network solutions. Yehya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the American University of Science and Technology, earned between 2003 and 2007.
