Patrick Leonard

Patrick Leonard is an accomplished financial leader with extensive experience in various senior finance roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Pelago since June 2025, Patrick previously held significant positions at Progyny, Inc. from July 2019 to May 2025, including Group Vice President of Commercial Finance & Analytics and Vice President of Finance. At Progyny, Patrick was responsible for revenue forecasting and finance leadership in pharmacy benefits services, as well as developing scalable FP&A systems. Prior roles include Vice President of Global Content Analytics at Discovery Inc., Director of Finance Solutions at Scripps Networks Interactive, and various finance positions at Lockheed Martin and Progressive Insurance. Patrick holds an MBA from the University of Maryland, an MSM in Finance from Case Western Reserve University, and a BA in History from Kenyon College.
