Previously, as Chief Operating Officer of Kivu Consulting, and in senior roles at Palo Alto Networks, Billy led significant breach response efforts, strategic operations, and developed key partnerships across various industries. Billy's military background includes leadership positions in the Air Force Office of Special Investigations, where critical cyber operations were directed. Billy holds advanced degrees in Cyber and Information Security and Law Enforcement from Capitol Technology University and Wayland Baptist University, respectively.
