Josh Zulu

Josh Zulu has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Josh started their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Air Products & Chemicals, where they independently established a database to analyze failure data and costs of mechanical equipment. Josh then moved on to GLO CPAs as a Firm Administrator, implementing systems to streamline administrative processes and managing administrative and IT staff.

In 2006, Josh founded Zulu Creative, where they worked as the Owner. Josh collaborated with clients on business process improvement consulting and led a geographically distributed team to design, build, and launch custom web projects.

Josh later joined Quorum Software in 2018 as a Senior Software Manager, leading a research and development initiative involving the development of a web application utilizing AI capabilities. Josh trained and tested Natural Language Processing models, designed a text analytics process, and was involved in the UX/UI design of the front-end web application.

Currently, Josh is a Product Owner at Quorum Software for Dynamic Docs, a cloud-based document management solution for the energy industry. Josh has led projects involving cross-application integrations, machine learning, and usability improvements.

Throughout their career, Josh has demonstrated a passion for leveraging creativity and innovation to improve product usability, reliability, and performance.

Josh Zulu attended Purdue University from 1993 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Following that, they enrolled in the University of Houston from 2000 to 2002, graduating in 2002. Here, they pursued the Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation as their field of study.
