Matt Dussling

Matt Dussling is an experienced sales leader currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Sales for North America in Oil, Gas, and Utilities at UiPath, a role held since November 2022. Previously, Matt held various leadership positions at UiPath, including Regional Vice President of Sales for Manufacturing, Energy, and Utilities in the Central Region, and Regional Vice President for Enterprise Sales. Concurrently, Matt is an Advisory Board Member at QuotaPath, a commission tracking platform. Prior to UiPath, significant roles included Vice President of Global Account Managers at Upland Software, managing the Global Accounts team, and Vice President and General Manager for Applications Group Sales at NewVoiceMedia. Matt has a robust history in sales leadership from various companies, including Capriza, Spredfast, Lombardi Software, iPhrase Technologies, and Trilogy. A graduate of Trinity University, Matt holds a B.A. in Economics.
