Flaviano Gonzalez Vicente has extensive experience in managing operations and teams across multiple countries for Qvantel. Flaviano has held various leadership roles such as VP Operations, Application Management Director, Director Service Operations, IT Architect, Project Manager, and Account and Team Manager. Flaviano is knowledgeable in CRM, BSS, Business intelligence, managed services, and order management. Prior to Qvantel, Flaviano worked as an Account Manager at HP and completed an internship at Iberdrola. Flaviano holds a Msc in Computer Engineering from Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio and has additional certifications in project management and business process management.
