Sanna-Mari Suuronen

Sanna-Mari Suuronen has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Sanna-Mari began their career at Lassila & Tikanoja, Property Maintenance, where they worked as a Service Officer from July 2009 to August 2010. Sanna-Mari later returned to Lassila & Tikanoja as a Services Advisor for a brief period in June 2011.

Sanna-Mari then took on the role of Administrative Supervisor in the property maintenance unit in Jyväskylä, where they were responsible for controlling financials, handling purchase invoices, customer invoicing, and customer complaints. Sanna-Mari held this position from August 2011 to May 2013.

In 2012, Sanna-Mari Suuronen joined Neapo Oy as a Master's thesis worker, working from November 2012 to June 2013.

Sanna-Mari then moved on to Capgemini, where they held multiple roles. Sanna-Mari started as a Service Delivery Manager from October 2013 to February 2016, responsible for managing IT service delivery for various clients. Sanna-Mari then transitioned into the role of SIAM Supplier Management Lead from March 2016 to July 2018. In this role, they managed and developed the Supplier Management process for a customer company, ensuring vendor compliance and quality of services provided. Lastly, they worked as a Business Analyst from July 2018 to April 2020, supporting requirements specification and facilitating service/business improvement and design workshops.

Currently, Sanna-Mari Suuronen is working at Qvantel as a Business Analyst since May 2020, where they investigate business requirements and opportunities and defines scope and priorities for development of Telco sales channel and CRM solutions. Sanna-Mari also holds the position of Project Manager/Scrum Master since November 2022.

Sanna-Mari Suuronen completed their education history as follows:

From 2004 to 2007, they attended Jyväskylän Lysen lukio, where they did not obtain any specific degree or field of study.

From 2007 to 2012, they enrolled at Tampere University of Technology, majoring in Industrial Engineering and Management. Sanna-Mari completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in this field.

In 2012, Sanna-Mari Suuronen briefly attended KTH Royal Institute of Technology, focusing on Engineering/Industrial Management for a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree.

Sanna-Mari continued their studies at Tampere University of Technology from 2010 to 2013 and obtained their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.

Sanna-Mari Suuronen also obtained two additional certifications: ITIL Service Operation in November 2014 and ITIL Foundation in May 2014. However, the institutions from which they received these certifications are unknown.
