Prior to this role, Jim Hathaway spent 25 years at PepsiCo, holding various senior finance positions, including Vice President of Finance for multiple divisions within Frito-Lay North America, where responsibilities included full P&L accountability for divisions exceeding $17 billion. Jim Hathaway's extensive financial leadership experience also includes providing strategic direction and oversight for national accounts, regional operations, and supply chain finance. Jim Hathaway's career began as an Army Officer in the US Army from May 1993 to April 1996. Educational credentials include an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor's degree from College of the Holy Cross, complemented by participation in the Army Reserve Officer Training Program at Worcester Polytechnic Institute as a Distinguished Military Graduate.
