Lindsey's experience also includes serving as Vice President of Commercial Strategy and Operations at Optum, where strategic integration efforts followed the acquisition of the Advisory Board Company. At the Advisory Board Company, Lindsey advanced through several roles, notably as Managing Director overseeing a $65M revenue cycle management portfolio and pioneering a customer success model that significantly expanded the client base. Early career experience includes a Senior Consultant role at Booz Allen Hamilton, focusing on operational efficiency for federal government clients. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross.
