Gena Bijaksana is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and academia. Currently serving as Co-Founder & CEO of Qverse since February 2022, Gena also holds the position of Assistant Professor and a member of the Academic Senate at Trisakti Institute of Transportation and Logistics, focusing on Management, Logistics, and Supply Chain at both graduate and undergraduate levels. Previous roles include Director at HIJUP and Sales & Marketing Director at Riscon Group, along with significant contributions as BP Special Project Manager at Bukalapak. Gena has a strong academic background, holding a Doctorate in Strategic Management from IPB University and multiple executive education certifications from Harvard Business School and The Wharton School.

Qverse exists to provide the founders a way out of funding issues with revenue-based funding that considers business conditions without the burdensome collateral. Furthermore, we provide analysis and data to help founders keep their businesses growing during and after funding is received.
