CA Niraj started by obtaining a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business/Commerce from Gujarat University, where they studied from 1997 to 2000. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in Law from Gujarat University, studying from 2001 to 2003.

In 2000, CA Niraj Mehta enrolled at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where they earned the degree of Chartered Accountant in Business/Commerce, General. CA Niraj completed their studies at the institute in 2007. CA Niraj also obtained a General Management & Communication Skills (GMCS) certification in July 2008 from the same institution.

In 2014, they attended the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and completed the Executive General Management Programme, although the field of study for this program is not specified.
