Gaurav worked at FirstServ Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as an Asst Manager- Finance & Accounting in 2013, responsible for maintaining balance sheet schedules and posting monthly Journal entries. Before that, they were a Team Lead at Barclays from 2010 to 2013, providing financial reporting services and acting as a process reviewer.
Gaurav's earlier experience includes roles at GENPACT as a Process Developer from 2006 to 2010, and at Pentair as an Account Executive from 2005 to 2006.
Gaurav Sharma completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from Delhi University. Gaurav then pursued a diploma in Finance from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. Gaurav furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Financial Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Six Sigma Black Belt from the International Quality Federation - IQF USA in June 2015 and in Prince 2 Practitioner from AXELOS Global Best Practice in December 2017.
