Philip Hillman BSc FRICS has over three decades of experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as a Consultant and Chairman of Living Capital Markets at JLL since March 1986. With a focus on the evolving student housing market in the UK and across the EMEA region, Philip is actively engaged in the emerging co-living sector, collaborating with growing platforms. Additional roles include Non-Executive Adviser at Staykeepers and Non-Executive Director at SLE Global Student Mansion in Ghana, both since January 2021. Prior experience includes teaching and serving as Housemaster at Masii Secondary School in Kenya from July 1984 to January 1986. Philip holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Land Management from the University of Reading, attained in 1984.
