Muhammad Samir serves as the Senior Vice President of HR Operations & Technology at QXO since May 2025, where responsibilities include leading HR operations and technology strategy for over 8,000 employees in North America, focusing on pay accuracy, AI integration, data governance, and people analytics. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of HR Operations at Whole Foods Market from May 2021 to May 2025, where the emphasis was on developing optimized HR processes through strategic alignment and technology. At The Weir Group PLC, from December 2016 to May 2021, Muhammad held multiple roles including Director of the Workday Center of Excellence, Global HR Functional Lead, and HR Shared Services Director, significantly upgrading HR processes and Workday capabilities for a global workforce. Previous experience includes serving as Head of HR at Al Zahrawi Holding Group LLC and as a Human Resources Advisor at CNBC Arabia. Educational qualifications include an Organizational Leadership degree from Columbia Business School and an M.B.A. in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix.
