Nancy Corle

Nancy Corle is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at QXO since April 2025. Prior to this role, Nancy held various HR leadership positions at Beacon Building Products from August 2016 to April 2025, including responsibilities for the North Division and regional operations. Nancy's extensive background in human resources also includes a tenure at Bechtel Corporation, where Nancy managed global Employee Relations and Diversity and Inclusion initiatives from July 2001 to August 2016. Earlier in Nancy's career, experience was gained at BankOne/First USA/Chevy Chase as a Senior HR Generalist, and at Computer Data Systems, Inc. as an Executive Assistant/HR Representative. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
