Miller | DCCM, WOOD GROUP MUSTANG INC, and Jones|Carter, Keith has worked on a variety of projects in the public works, infrastructure, and structural engineering fields. At R.G. Miller | DCCM, Keith holds leadership positions as Director of Water Infrastructure, Team Lead, and Assistant Department Manager. Prior to that, Keith was a Project Manager at University of Houston and an Engineering Assistant at Jones|Carter.
