Fedenyszen Michael has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Fedenyszen began their career in 1970 at the Monsanto Chemical Company as an I&E Engineer. Fedenyszen then worked at Smith & Norrington Engineering Corp. from 1985 to 2000 as an I&C Engineer, specializing in the design and construction of gas utilities plants and processes. In 1994, they served as the District 1 Vice President at ISA (International Society of Automation). From 2006 to 2007, Fedenyszen worked at ISA again. Fedenyszen then joined R.G. Vanderweil Engineers in 2007, where they held the positions of I&C Engineer and I&C Engineer within the Power & Utilities Group.
Fedenyszen Michael attended Northern Essex Community College from 1970 to 1974, where they pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering.
