Katie has been involved in Human Resources for nearly 20 years. She came to Vanderweil with the unique distinction of having Director level experience in both the private and non-profit sectors. Her approach is pro-active and people-centric and has experience in overseeing almost every HR discipline. Katie graduated from Keene State College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and obtained her Professional of Human Resource designation from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) in 2009. She is currently studying to sit for the Senior Certified Professional designation with SHRM. Katie has served on several boards and volunteered locally for the Town of Natick, including having served on the Natick Personnel Board and the Natick Fire Chief Screening Committee. In her free time Katie enjoys spending time at her camp in Phippsburg, ME.
