Dr. Sushma Lamba is a seasoned professional in the field of patent law and analytical chemistry, currently serving as a Patent Associate at R K Dewan & Co since June 2023, where responsibilities include preparing and drafting patent applications and interfacing with the patent office. Previously, as a Women Scientist C at CSIR-URDIP from December 2021 to January 2023, Dr. Lamba conducted in-depth analyses of intellectual property applications and performed prior art searches to assess patentability. Dr. Lamba's research background includes extensive work on microfluidics-based separation techniques and their applications, demonstrated during tenure as a Senior Research Fellow and Research Fellow at CSIR-AMPRI from January 2003 to March 2008. Dr. Lamba holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya.
