Josh Looper, EMBA has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Josh started their career at Karpinski Engineering in 1999 as an Engineer. In 2000, they joined Air Enterprises as an Engineering Sales professional. Since 1997, Josh has been associated with R.L. Deppmann, where they have held positions such as Vice President of Sales and Engineering, Mechanical Contractor & End User Sales Director. In these roles, they were responsible for developing sales strategies, managing sales teams, implementing growth strategies, and overseeing budgets.
Josh Looper, EMBA, has a strong educational background in both Mechanical Engineering and Business Strategy and Analysis. Josh obtained their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from Case Western Reserve University, where they attended from 1991 to 1997. After more than two decades, they pursued further education in the field of business and completed their Executive MBA from Kent State University between 2017 and 2019. This program focused on enhancing their knowledge and skills in Business Strategy and Analysis.

We are a stocking manufacturers representative which sells a variety of products used in heating, cooling and plumbing systems for commercial buildings as well as many industrial processes. We limit our services to customers in Michigan and Ohio. Key product groups include pumps, heat transfer devices such as boilers water heaters and heat exchangers, steam specialties, controls and valves. These products are used in steam, hydronic and plumbing systems.
