Chanelle Henderson, MBA, is a skilled project controls professional with extensive experience in project management and auditing. Currently serving as a Project Controls Specialist III and Master Program Scheduler at R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc., Chanelle is responsible for creating and disseminating work plans, project documentation, and progress reports, while collaborating with the Project Management team to maintain project baselines. Previously, as a Project Control Specialist II at WEC Energy Group, Chanelle developed work plans and managed project scope, time, and budget. Earlier experience includes a role as an Internal Auditor at JPMorgan Chase, where risk assessment and evaluation of financial processes were key responsibilities.
