Keith Spencer has over 10 years of experience in various roles related to government services, transit operations, and strategic initiatives. Keith is currently the Vice President of Public Involvement at R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc., where they also served as the Director of Policy, Planning, and Outreach. Prior to that, they were a Vice President at Metro Strategies, Inc. and held the position of Director of Strategic Initiatives. Keith also worked as a Senior Government Services Consultant at Bronner. Keith gained valuable experience at the Illinois Department of Transportation, where they served as a Transit Operations Project Manager and Operations Assistant, handling financial management, compliance oversight, and grant administration. Keith's expertise includes budgeting, contract development, training, and project coordination.
Keith Spencer completed their Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree at the University of Illinois Springfield from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in International Business from East-West University. Additionally, Keith has taken the Alternative Assets and Private Equity Course at the Canadian Securities Institute.
