The company's range of services includes sea freight imports and exports, rail shipments, dangerous goods shipments, cross trade, customs clearance and individual, customized logistics solutions.

The parent company was founded in Bremen in 2010. Within a very short time, further locations were added in Germany - including Hamburg, Nuremberg, Duisburg and Munich. The Austrian subsidiary was founded in 2020. The office is located in the heart of Salzburg, the birthplace of Mozart.

With the first branch outside of Europe, in Chennai (India), a true milestone for the company was set on April 1, 2024. Chennai was followed just a few months later by the Mumbai and Gujarat (near Mundra) locations.
