The RSA
Philipa Duthie currently serves as the Oceania Director at The RSA (Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce) since September 2017. Prior experience includes roles such as Grants Officer at Support Kids in Pain (SKiP) from November 2015 to December 2021, and Copywriter and Content Editor at Empower Collection in 2018-2019. From June 2012 to September 2017, Philipa held the position of Executive Officer to the Board at RSA Australia and New Zealand. Earlier roles also include Office of Higher Education Policy Support Officer at the Department of Education, Training and Employment (Queensland) and Quality Assurance Officer for the Office of Higher Education at the Queensland Government in 2010. Philipa began her career at The University of Queensland as a Research Assistant in the Arts Faculty from 2005 to 2008, and Philipa organized the WIP Conference in 2008. Philipa earned a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in English Literature and is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Writing, Editing, and Publishing at The University of Queensland.
