Tiku van Houtem Frsa

Tiku van Houtem FRSA is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Fellow at The RSA since September 2023, Tiku also contributes as a Board Trustee for Mind in Enfield and Barnet and holds the position of Associate Director for Exec Search at Charity People, both roles started in July 2022 and July 2021 respectively. Previously, Tiku spent over a decade at Major Players in various roles including Associate Director, Business Manager, and Commercial Manager, focusing on agency-side business development.
