David Schroeder

David Schroeder serves as the Executive Chair and Board Member at R.S. Hughes Co., Inc., an industrial distributor focused on abrasives, adhesives, electrical, and safety tapes since July 2012. In addition, David holds the position of Chairman of the Board at cleanwater1 and has been the Principal at Corvus Advisors, LLC since September 2008, providing consulting in strategy development and business planning. David's extensive board experience includes membership on the boards of Alto-Shaam, Inc., Azzur Group, Baird Capital, Alpha Source, Inc., SloanLED, Harris Research, and Justrite Manufacturing Company, LLC. David earned an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan and a BSIE in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
