Kapil Dhameja joined the Board of R Systems on June 29, 2016. Mr. Dhameja has done B. Tech. from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and PGDM (MBA) from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata. Mr. Dhameja worked for over 10 years in Glaxo SmithKline consumer healthcare across South East Asia in various leadership positions including ‘Country Head’. In his most recent role, he was heading Sales & Demand Planning for India.
Mr. Dhameja quit his corporate life of 10 years to pursue his passion and started a wellness products & services company. Currently, his company owns one of the largest spa chains in the country.
Presently, Mr. Dhameja is designated as Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of R Systems International Limited.
