Prior to this role, Kemar held positions such as Project Manager at AECOM from January 2015 to September 2016, Director of Engineering & Construction at Minera Cerro Quema, S.A. from May 2013 to March 2014, and Civil Design Engineer at SNC-Lavalin from September 2012 to April 2013. Additional experience includes senior and intermediate roles at URS Holdings Inc. and URS Corporation, from December 2011 to November 2011 respectively. Kemar earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from ISPJAE between 2000 and 2006.
