Francine Grossi has extensive experience in payroll and employee benefits management, with a career spanning over three decades in various roles. Currently, as Senior Payroll Lead at Accretive Health since April 2011, Francine oversees the processing of salary payroll for approximately 1,000 employees within the Lawson System and manages multi-state payroll operations. Prior to this, Francine held positions at Rio Tinto Alcan as a Senior Payroll Associate, and Loyola University Medical Center as an Employee Benefits Clerk, where responsibilities included payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and compliance with various state regulations. Francine's earlier roles included working as a Benefits Analyst at both Pactiv and APAC Customer Services, and an HR Benefits Specialist at The St Paul Companies, where the focus was on employee onboarding and benefits orientation. Francine began the professional journey in Comp and Benefits at American National Can, contributing to HR/Payroll system design and implementation. Education includes an Associate's degree in Applied Science from Oakton College.
