Tom Dannan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, project management, and workforce planning across various governmental and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at R3 Government Solutions since March 2020, Tom leads initiatives in workforce planning and analysis for federal clients. Previous roles include Project Manager at Tribal Tech, LLC, where support was provided for strategic planning and policy implementation, and as a Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte. Tom also has a strong background in program evaluation, having conducted numerous on-site assessments for community projects while at Tribal Tech. Earlier experience includes managing operations for a health clinic in South Sudan as Executive Director of the John Dau Foundation and serving as a Community Health Educator in the Peace Corps. Tom holds a Master’s in Public Administration and a Bachelor's in Policy Studies from Syracuse University.
